ECLECTIC GARDEN PARTY AT PARKER PALM SPRINGS

As featured in Anti-Bride, the wedding of Nicole and Lee opted for an eclectic twist to a spring garden party, complimenting their venue at the Parker in Palm Springs. Nicole and Lee met as kids and grew up together as their dads are close friends. By profession, Nicole is a landscape architect and appreciated a look that was organic, natural yet elevated. Some key moments were the landscaped pathways into Cocktail Hour. Over 315 plants were sourced to create 90 linear feet of pathways that were built with a winding intention. There were also opportunities to exit, so guests did not feel committed to the pathways and could wander the vast Gene Autry lawn. Reception was marked by an expansive, wooden truss structure decked with string lights to create ambient lighting as the sun set. Tables featured an array of artistic arrangements, kokedama and beautiful hand-blown glass as candle holders.
