ABOUT THE DESIGNER
BRITTANY YANG
Born and raised in Orange County, California, Brittany went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Architecture from the University of Washington. Living in the Pacific Northwest cultivated a deep appreciation for nature's rhythms and the transformative beauty of seasons—an influence that continues to shape her work today.
After graduating, Brittany spent several years in Los Angeles working in Consumer Products and Communications at The Walt Disney Company and NBCUniversal. While building her career in entertainment, she felt an increasing pull toward more artistic expression and creative autonomy.
Her discovery of floral design in 2020 became the catalyst for a broader creative vision. She realized that her inspirations—nature, architecture, interior design, travel, and art—could manifest through one artistic medium that connected her to people worldwide. What began as floral design has evolved into a multifaceted practice exploring taste, beauty, and intentional living.
Brittany's aesthetic is deeply informed by her floral studies in the Belgian countryside and travels throughout France, Italy, Spain, and Japan. Her work has been featured in publications such as People, Martha Stewart, and Anti-Bride.
Beyond event florals, Brittany founded Le Clos—a creative studio and community space in Orange County where she hosts workshops, curates exhibitions and builds connections among artists and makers. She writes about entrepreneurship, aesthetic development, and cultivating a creative life on her blog, Tendrille.
When she's not designing or building community, you'll find Brittany training with her Tahitian dance troupe, trying out new French recipes or lounging with her three cats while planning her next travel adventure with her partner, Ryan.
